A formal request must be sent to [email protected] in the event a player cancellation is required.

- If the player withdraws or quits before January 1, a full refund will be issued.
- If the player withdraws or quits AFTER January 1, but BEFORE January 14, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
- If the player withdraws or quits AFTER January 14, NO refund will be provided.
