A formal request must be sent to [email protected] in the event a player cancellation is required.

- If the player withdraws or quits before January 1, 2026 a full refund will be issued.
- If the player withdraws or quits AFTER January 1, but BEFORE January 9, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
- If the player withdraws or quits AFTER January 10,2026 NO refund will be provided.
