TEE BALL DIVISION

Tee Ball is the entry-level division for children ages 4–6. Rules are simplified to introduce the fundamentals of baseball, with a focus on hitting, fielding, and teamwork. Games are non-competitive—no score is kept, and every player bats each inning. Teams typically have 10–12 players, and base paths are 45 feet.

ROOKIE DIVISION – COACH PITCH

Coach Pitch is for players ages 5–7. Coaches pitch to their players from a kneeling or crouched position, giving children the chance to hit a live ball. Teams usually have 10–12 players, with 50-foot base paths. This is a developmental, non-competitive division with no official scorekeeping. Parent involvement remains strongly encouraged.

SINGLE A DIVISION – MACHINE PITCH

Single A is designed for players ages 7–8. While still developmental, games introduce scorekeeping, with a maximum of five runs allowed per half inning. Players attend evaluations, which determine readiness for higher divisions. Rosters have 10–12 players, bases are 60 feet, and pitching is done by machine from 38 feet. Batters receive up to five pitches per at-bat. Season concludes with an end-of-season tournament.

AA DIVISION – KID PITCH

AA is the first fully competitive division, open to players ages 8–10. Teams are drafted following player evaluations, which also determine readiness for higher divisions. Rosters include 10–12 players, with 60-foot bases and a 46-foot pitching distance. Scores and standings are kept throughout the season, which concludes with playoffs to crown a champion. Players may be eligible for All-Stars selection.

AAA DIVISION – KID PITCH

AAA is for players ages 9–11 and continues to build competitive play. Following evaluations, teams are drafted with rosters of 10–12 players. Fields are set at 60-foot bases with a 46-foot pitching distance. Scores and standings are tracked, with playoffs and participation in the Tournament of Champions (TOC). Selected players are eligible for All-Stars.

MAJORS DIVISION – KID PITCH

The Majors Division is for ages 10–12 and represents the highest level of Little League before Intermediate and beyond. Players are evaluated and drafted (Spring season only) into 12-player rosters. Bases are 60 feet, pitching distance is 46 feet, and official scores and standings are kept. The season ends with playoffs, TOC participation, and the opportunity for All-Star selection.
