As part of Spring registration, each registration is assessed a $125 Non-Volunteer Fee Deposit (per player). This deposit will be refunded at the conclusion of the season upon completion of the volunteer requirement. The fulfillment of these obligations is essential to the successful operation of the league and to providing the best possible experience for all players.
Eligible Volunteer Roles
- Manager
- Assistant Coach
- Team Parent
- Umpire
Must attend district umpire training and officiate a minimum of 4 games.
- Snack Bar Shift
A requirement of 4 snack bar shifts is to be fulfilled, with each shift will be scheduled for 2–3 hours.
*Each team is responsible for providing additional volunteers on game days (i.e. field prep, scorekeeping, pitch count) - these are in addition to the snack bar and umpire volunteer requirement. The allocation of these game day volunteer duties is at the discretion of each team
