Non-Volunteer Fee Deposit

As part of Spring registration, each registration is assessed a $100 Non-Volunteer Fee Deposit (per player). This deposit will be refunded at the conclusion of the season upon completion of the volunteer requirement. The fulfillment of these obligations is essential to the successful operation of the league and to providing the best possible experience for all players.

Eligible Volunteer Roles 
- Head Coach 
Appointed by the league president and board. Must attend district coaches and rules clinic. Fulfills the volunteer requirement for the entire family.

- Assistant Coach
Appointed by the Head Coach and approved by the league President. A maximum of 2 Assistant coaches per team,

- Team Parent
Appointed by the Head Coach and approved by the league President.  A maximum of 1 Team Parent per team. 

- Umpire
Must attend district umpire training and officiate a minimum of 4 games.

- Official Scorekeeper
Must attend district scorekeeping training and keep official score for home games. (AA Divisions and up)

- Snack Bar Shift
A requirement of 4 snack bar shifts is to be fulfilled, with each shift will be scheduled for 2–3 hours. (6 shift maximum per family)

-Fundraiser & Events Committee 
Fulfills the volunteer requirement for the entire family.

*Each team is responsible for providing additional volunteers on game days (i.e. field prep) - these are in addition to the snack bar and umpire volunteer requirement.  The allocation of these game day volunteer duties is at the discretion of each team's head coach.
