Franklin 12U Bohn/Mathis Kick Off 2013 With A Win!

GSAF claims its first win of the year as Franklin 12U Bohn topped Grassland Barnette by a score of 15-9 in their fast pitch game Monday evening.

The majority of county games were canceled, but that didn't stop Franklin's squad - proudly sponsored by Franklin Mercantile Deli - from hitting the road and coming up aces on a picture perfect evening at Grassland Park.

The fiesty squad - coached by Brad Bohn and Kenny 'Wildcat' Mathis - enter the 12U Fast Pitch fray after having claimed top honors in the 2012 10U Slow Pitch division. Their next game comes Saturday April 6 at 10:30AM, once again on the road. The trip to Heritage Park will be met by a young and hungry South Williamson Association (SWA, formerly Heritage/HCRA) team coached by dugout wizard Justin Tohal
