Hope you've enjoyed the days off the field last week and are enjoying the days back on the field this week.
Due to coaches are looking for ways to maximize the limited amount of practice time left in Feb.
So we're happy to partner this season with Reps who partnered Dugout Captain to assist us. In case you missed it on social media:

PURPOSE: To help coaches and kids get a little extra work in! 45min sessions.
Reps is a local online business recently launched to provide (from local high schools, colleges, and professional ranks) at a good price. Dugout Captain is an online practice planner and drill library, currently free and partnered with PONY international, Dixie baseball and Babe Ruth Baseball. They are great sources for coaching info, drills and providing and training quality coaches, on the field and at home. We have booked them for a limited block of hours for our managers' practices at no extra charge, as well as the short clinics at a great price.

This is one of my favorite parts of the job... promoting Coaches. And Lou, who I've known for a while is one of them. At almost 70, his passion for the game and coaching keeps growing, he effectively adjusts his approach with each and is one of who can raise his voice on the field, not only without kids but somehow inspire them to want to do better. I don't want to say much more and rob anyone of pure discovery, but I hope as many kids and coaches are hearing/meeting the right coaches at the right time.
